Summary: The QRT reports directly to the Business Unit Manager. S/he will travel to job sites and set-up new jobs. S/he will also manage the day to day operations to assure operational excellence and customer satisfaction. S/he must be a well-organized, resourceful individual, with impeccable customer service skills, and someone who enjoys a workplace that is fast paced, collegial and professional. S/he must be able to lead a group of professionals and foster a work environment conducive to individual and group development. Extensive travel may be required for this position.
Essential Functions:

Operations

First Responder to new job calls.
Provide leadership and guidance to the front line Quality Leads and Quality Inspectors.
Alert and communicate critical employee and customer issues.
Flexible work schedule to meet customer and company requests and requirements.
Communication and documentation of key deliverables to the Business Unit Manager and back office as appropriate.
Full accountability to carry-out operational protocol.
Quality and safety minded approach to all aspects of the job.
Operational demand often requires 24/7 availability and travel at a moments notice.

Exceed customer expectation through over communication, documentation and availability.
Proactive and creative suggestions relative to our services to ensure our Customers recognize the value of our organization
Represent the Company in a polite and professional manner.
Follow and enforce appropriate dress codes that exhibit professionalism and create distinction between Blu and its competitors.
Employee Relations

Train Quality Leads on policies, procedures and processes.
Address employee issues, questions, complaints, etc.
Assist Customer with critical issues and resolution in a timely fashion.
Train, develop and mentor all team members.
Coordinate and lead weekly communication meetings with the front line Quality Leads, in coordination with the Business Unit Manager.

Administration

Interface with the Business Unit Manager, back office and Quality Leads in fulfilling new job orders and all related documentation.
Compile all required paperwork and assure timeliness and accuracy.
Data entry of weekly job and team member information for all relative jobs assuring validity and accuracy.

Minimum Requirements: 5 - 10 years previous parts inspection/rework leadership experience, HS diploma or equivalent, ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds on occasion, valid driver's license, reliable transportation to and from work, flexible work hours, ability to travel. Solid understanding of industry quality metrics, processes and methodology. Ability to instruct and direct the work of others. Ability to stand and/or walk up to 90% of the time. Microsoft Office proficient. Previous Quality Engineering experience, ASQ certified and college education preferred.
Skills/Knowledge: Problem-solver, team member, and idea-generator desired. Ability to learn quickly, communicate effectively and function with considerable autonomy and flexibility within a fast-paced, goal oriented, productivity-conscious environment; ability to prioritize and meet deadlines; strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills are essential. Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
