The Director of Independent Living is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the community, including full P&L responsibility, and serving as the community sales and marketing champion.
The position is actively involved in the planning, implementation, and evaluating all aspects of the operation.
He/she will be involved in the recruitment and training of the team members, have a supervisory responsibility for team members in order to create and maintain a highly functioning team environment to maintain a high customer satisfaction, and ensure a quality-oriented workforce.
