Auto Hauler Exchange (AHX) is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join our rapidly growing start-up! As a Human Resources Generalist, you will play a crucial role in managing various HR functions and supporting the overall HR strategy of our organization.

Responsibilities:
Administer HR operations including employee benefits, rewards and recognition programs, policy and procedure enforcement, training and development initiatives and employee communications Manage staffing needs, recruiting, retention, terminations and new hire on-boarding Provide support and guidance to employees & managers in a variety of HR-related topics & employee relations issues Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes and new technologies to ensure AHX remains compliant and competitive Lead by example supporting a culture of engagement, accountability and growth that live by AHX core values
Qualifications:

years of Human Resources Generalist experience, Degree in related field preferred Knowledge of federal, state & local employment and benefits law and regulatory requirements Skilled at balancing both company and employee needs; Handle sensitive situations with diplomacy and confidentiality Ability to anticipate business needs, think proactively, exercise sound judgement and implement solutions Positive, self-directed professional with eagerness to grow and advance in the field of Human Resources Job Type:
