Position:
Administrative Assistant/Receptionist
Summary:
Coordinates administrative support for corporate and outside offices.
Responsible for the completion of tasks as assigned by the Office Administrator or other office personnel.
Typical Duties & Responsibilities Typical duties and responsibilities and other important responsibilities and abilities may include, but are not limited to:
Answer and direct phone calls.
Answer all incoming calls courteously and professionally and respond appropriately.
Provide general support to visitors.
Welcome all guests courteously and professionally and respond appropriately.
Maintaining conference room(s) and schedules as requested Schedule/coordinate brown bags, guest lunches, and meetings (in-house and outside functions).
Responsible for daily check log Compose and type memos, letters, and other correspondence as required.
Book travel arrangements.
Provide a wide array of administrative support for staff and managers.
Process incoming/outgoing mail accurately and in a timely manner.
Coordinate mail and UPS/FedEx.
Maintain inventory of beverages and snacks.
Order and restock as needed.
Order office supplies and breakroom supplies.
Keep conference rooms and common areas in a tidy and orderly manner.
Maintain lobby/reception area to ensure it is clean and organized at all times.
Filing and data entry.

Experience and Education Guidelines
Experience:
Two years of administrative experience.
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Associate's degree or equivalent combination of training and experience preferred.
Other Skills and Abilities Must be proficient in MS Word and Excel with a working knowledge of PowerPoint.
Excellent spelling and grammatical skills.
Attention to detail, ownership of assignments, and the ability to meet tight deadlines are essential to the successful performance of this position.
Requires good oral and written communication skills, telephone etiquette, and tactful/diplomatic in all aspects of this assignment.
