The compensation listed is a starting pay, the right individual for the job will be compensated properly Requirements:
Highly organized multitasker who works well in a fast-paced environment Experience with, Microsoft Office, and Misc computer programs Exceptional computer and organizational skills Prioritize work independently, and problem solve on the go Continuously strive to improve efficiency Communicate effectively with fellow team members Strong attention to detail and accuracy Takes pride in a job well done and motivated to take on extra responsibilities High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
Responsibilities:
Handle all admin tasks that need to be completed Invoice jobs, upload estimates, data entry, Match estimates for invoicing, answer phone, Update customers, verify insurance deductibles and payments, follow up on part credits, order office supplies, schedule customers Enter invoices, write SOP's,and type documents Maintain office in a clean and orderly manner daily Develop and implement organized filing systems Must assume responsibility for quality work and deadlines, no excuses Support Estimator / Manager Create and revise systems and procedures; implement changes (We always need to be moving forward, and continue to improve!) The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
